After decades of wine production, these vines were retired to my shop to take on new life as art after decades of producing amazing wine.

I was very lucky 8 years ago when they were widening fire roads all through Napa and I have a small collection of incredible art for sale for the first time. Each one is unique and one of a kind. When I'm out, that's it.

This listing is for a super rare, unpruned Opus 1 vine. Limited Edition.

This Opus 1 retired Napa Cabernet vine made their incredible Cab (its amazing if you have not tried it). Look at the wine bottle next to it to see the sheer SIZE of the vine! Its massive and an incredible part of California history.

The field wire is embedded into wood after decades of growth. You can see it emerge for a bit before delving back inside only to emerge again. A fabulous detail!

The light and dark swirls of the vine are incredible and y cell pictures really don't do it justice. Its perfect for a wine cellar or on top of the Mantle to remind you of your trip to California's premiere wine country. What better way to celebrate than having a vine that produced the wine you enjoy?

This piece was dried for 8 years then kiln dried, run through my process, then sealed with several coats of a clear UV sealer for a lifetime of enjoyment. A highlight to any room.

Unpruned vines are the rarest of rare as they are all pruned every year. This amazing vine escapes as it was in an odd location against the old back fence. I cant tell you how lucky I am to have this and I have one in my office I'm keeping as the color is so incredible!

The metal field post next to it rusted over decades and the iron flakes were pulled up into the vine making these incredible swirls of red through the trunk. My cell pictures dont do this any justice!

Arrives in a custom built super strong art crate, fully assembled. Just unpack and enjoy!
