One of a kind Cabernet candle holder from our friends over at Silver Oak winery in Napa. This vine that made their award winning wines and it's really tasty! If you have time to visit the winery they are fun, fabulous folks who LOVE their wines.

Look at the SIZE of the vine! She is beautiful and my cell phone does not capture her beauty at all. She has been drying for 8 years getting ready for you to take her home.

Take a close look at the color of the vine: see the red? That comes from the old iron post that was next to it for decades, as it rusted and the rust fell into the ground, the vine absorbed it as iron and pulled it into the vine making the wood really super hard and giving it the red tone.

In my continuing effort to be environmentally conscious and recycle (and to create more awesomeness), I came up with this fun filled idea to recycle in a unique way.

Handcrafted from locally sourced Napa grapevines in the heart of California wine country, my exquisite candle holders will showcase your home or business with a rustic elegance unique to California wine culture. Available in a wide variety of designs and customizable options, our extensive collection is sure to be the most functional piece of art you own!

This design is simply amazing and the pictures really don't do it justice. Everyone who comes in the shop and sees them loves it! They are elegant but still have that unique rustic wine country charm.

I start my candle holders by kiln drying each piece then dried for up to 10 years before the bark is hand-stripped and kiln dried again. The wood is then meticulously sanded until the beauty of its winemaking history is revealed and sealed to protect it for a lifetime of use. This one-of-a-kind decor is a beautiful accessory for any room and can be ordered in many different sizes. It's finished with 3 coats of clear UV sealer to protect it for a lifetime of enjoyment.
