Returns/ Refunds / Exchanges

We want you to LOVE everything that you get from us, and if you don't we will make sure to make it right.

We take immense pride in every product that we craft. If you are not fully satisfied, for any reason, let us know. If you need to reconsider any item, our cancellation and return policies are listed below:

Non-Custom Catalog Item Cancellations:

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel an order of a Non-Custom Catalog Items. Any cancellation made after this time will incur a 15% cancellation fee. 

Custom Order Cancellations:

Custom and Personalized items include any items with custom/altered sizing, finishes, or other details. Custom order cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of purchase will be refunded 50% of the order total. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Defective Items:

We will correct any error made by us without expense to you, this includes items that are defective, or arrive broken. We will either replace the item or give a full refund (in some cases, item must be returned first before refund is given). All Claims of error must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery to the customer, as per the tracking number on your package. 

Catalog Items:

Maybe you've had a change of heart, or the product simply didn't fit your space... Not to worry! Catalog items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. (See additional details below) Catalog items include any product sold "as advertised" within our store. Catalog items do not include products that have been customized at the customer's request. 
Refunds:
Any catalog item returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded less the original cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and once verified you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once initiated, it may take up to 48 hrs for transactions to finalize. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions at all.
Exchanges & Store Credit: 
Customers may exchange any catalog item within 30 days of purchase for an item(s) of equal value or store credit .  Customers will receive credit for the total purchase price of their order, less original shipping costs and tax. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Damages and Shipping Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item/crate/delivery is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

Exchanges:
Shade of steel a little too bright? Rust not orange enough? We are more than happy to help you find something that will work perfectly for your space if you find that the item you received wasn't quite right. Reach out to us within 30 days so that we can work with you to get the perfect solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, do to the extensive time and effort put into each of our pieces, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items. 

Custom and Personalized Items:

Returns and exchanges for custom orders are not accepted including any items with custom sizing, finishes, or other details.

You will be provided with an RMA number to display on the outside of the shipping container.

Any returns without an RMA code will be refused.

 

NOTE:

Customized items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

Any edit, alteration, or change made in any way to any Beyond Barrel Art product without the expressed written permission of Beyond Barrel Art voids the warranty and is ineleigilbe for return, refund, or coverage of liability.
