We work with a lot of interior designers and several of the projects needed something really different and yet modern / industrial while keeping a fun vibe. The "Circulum" is modern and chic yet wonderfully rustic. Completely made from retired Napa wine barrel rings and recycled materials and stylishly sexy. Each one is handmade to order.

We've always been captivated by the character of these retired wine barrel rings; at quick glance, they're all pretty similar, but when you look closely you start to see just how diverse they are, and how much they've been affected by their life holding a barrel together. Our team of talented artists decided to make a chandelier that celebrates this variety of texture and dimension.

We cut dozens of retired barrel rings into small pieces then carefully bend them by hand (you should see our forearms!) before welding them together to make a ring that lets tons of light through but makes a design statement. Its rugged simplicity looks great whether the bulb's on or off.

It has a high intensity LED light for the interior that is powered by a small transformer that can be mounted in the ceiling or in a special made canopy. With no heat generated its perfect for wine cellars and caves and the low voltage means it costs almost nothing to operate and will last almost 30 years. Install with a watertight junction box and use this on an outdoor patio! Also works great as a large entryway fixture! Don't be fooled by its small appearance; the LED strip puts out TONS of light.

Some Additional Options include Reversing the fixture to have it as a downlight, and a wire and plug if you don't have a electrical box handy. I can also hang any of my pendants from underneath!
